Excellent recent episode of @theallinpod with some great content about stablecoins and polymarket. If you make it to the end, @chamath starts discussing a contrarian CDS (credit default swap) trade. As he points out, the only way you can put on such a trade is to have an ISDA and go through an investment bank (if you've seen The Big Short, this is the agreement the two kids at the beginning couldn't get without Brad Pitt's character,) which means the vast majority of people don't have access to these products. One of the reasons we are building @Corkprotocol is to drastically reduce the barriers to creating and accessing these kinds of products while making them safer (ie. fully collateralized) and interoperable throughout DeFi.
