Ran a talk at @Future_Frontend today, live-generating most of my materials as well as an ambient soundtrack in Cursor. It went... reasonably ok.😅 Some things came out better than on practice runs, some worse. The unpredictable latencies of hosted models are generally difficult to perform with - actually a bigger challenge than the stochastic outputs. Glad I had the music so the waiting didn't feel too awkward. Claude Opus 4 kept crapping out with unavailability issues, but I knew it would.
