Some servicemembers won relief; and the department is assisting those who desire to return. The vaccine was mandated IAW DoD policy under SECDEF Austin — the policy was rescinded in the 2025 NDAA. It would be an incredibly dangerous precedent to send all leaders to AGDRBs every time a policy from a previous administration was overturned.
