@garmin my brand new 51mm Fenix 8 pro is getting around 10 day rather than 15 I expected. Set to always on and brightness not at brightest. Worried for it to be so far off expectations day one. Bought as my epix gen 2 had started to not last as long as needed. Ideas?

@bpete2000 If your home course recently updated its scorecard or layout, the best way to report those changes is through our Golf Course Report Form here: garmin.com/en-US/forms/go… Once submitted, our golf mapping team reviews the request for inclusion in a future CourseView update. (KS)

Hello @Garmin I recently upgraded Instinct 2 to the Instinct 3 Solar, and I've noticed a difference in the range of my Bluetooth connection to my phone. I often lose the connection when I go to another room. Why is this happening and how can I increase it? It's very annoying.

@Garmin Never again. I’ve bought Fenix watches for over a decade and invested $1,000+ in maps, only to find they’re locked to a single device. Upgrade to a Fenix 8? Lose the maps. Same issue from 6 to 7. Hard to justify loyalty when upgrades punish customers.

Please solve the SSO issues with web browsers @garmin. I have to log in twice a day. It's ridiculous. Are you a bank or wellness web-app? On my phone with the app I logged in once, two years ago and it works normally. Why can't you let users decide "my cookie is valid forever"?

@Garmin No error message. I stepped on it, it showed the wifi icon while measuring my weight and then showed a giant X. No data transferred.

@Garmin my Garmin Index S1 decided to stop recognizing wifi. Was this due to a recent software update? It was fine as recently as April 10th. Pretty expensive brick on my floor at the moment.

@maxclark The Messenger app would be required when it comes to using the watch's built-in inReach/LTE and voice. If you did have your phone with you (not on an adventure, for instance), you can utilize the fenix 8 Pro's built-in microphone and speaker to make and take calls. ^DK

.@Garmin I want a watch with Cellular & GPS connectivity (iPhone replacement): What's the actual difference between the fenix 8 Pro, quatix 8 Pro, and D2 Mac 2 Pro? Is the software/features different or just the case and strap colors/materials? How do I figure out what features require a tethered phone and which are stand alone (for example, most of the Aviation weather, etc... on the Mach 2 photo need the phone nearby to work)? Do I need to get a different device if I want to wear it Golfing? How do I make sense of this all?

@Garmin I believe it is a problem on the Garmin side. I’ve used the scale for a number of years with it connected to my network with no issues. Nothing has changed on my network.

@maxclark You can text a normal cell, but for voice messages they would need to have the Garmin Messenger app installed. Here is another great link which breaks down the connected features a bit more: ms.spr.ly/6018vuEAa ^DK

Hi @Garmin Would it be possible to do a small firmware update to the Varia eRTL615 s.t. ANT+ light commands from Edge propagate to the Cannondale SmartSense G.2 Front Light? The button on the Varia already does it so the wiring is there @RideCannondale confirmed it's on your side

@Garmin This is easily reproducible. This isn’t an isolated incident only on my account. So please download few watch faces and check why you cannot add India time zone in any one of them including the ones built by Garmin. GMT +5:30 hrs. I’m Surprised your devs don’t know still.

@Garmin Here you go. There is no way to choose Indian Time Zone - GMT +5:30 in any of the @Garmin watch faces. Also not possible for 3rd party developers. @GarminFitness

@GarminUK @Garmin 1st time using the new press & hold lap function in triathlon on the Forerunner 965. It was a horrible, clunky, & fiddly making me question whether it’s actually worth using in future races. I want to concentrate on my race, not making sure my watch is working
