@CrossCountryUK currently on one of your trains in first class from Sheffield to Birmingham - no catering - not sure why some sort of mumbled apology from the Train Manager; already can see no catering on return journey - why don't you provide even the basics to 1st class?

@CrossCountryUK I'm on the 07:!8 from SHF and due to return on the 16:30 from BHM. Also just departing Burton on Trent where your Train Manager has just said that first class "won't be enforced until after Birmingham" - what sort of operation are you running?

@EastMidRailway - have an advance on the 1637 Sheffield to Wellingborough; this is about the only train from the north that stops at Wellingborough. What arrangements are being made to atop a service at Wellingborough?

@AvantiWestCoast Currently on 390045 forming the 1515 MAN/EUS - Right from first where I am sat up to and including Coach D ALL toilets are out of action. You MUST take this unit out of service at EUS. Staff saying it is scheduled to go to GLC - please don't be stupid

@SimonCalder - Hi - understand the 10 year rule on passports for ENTERING the EU, but can't find anywhere what happens if you are just transiting through an EU airport - I reasonably frequently do MAN/VIE/BKK and never clear immigration in Vienna

@Primark - apparently you are not accepting gift cards today - you take money and then refuse in any way to give out goods - I drove 40 miles to use it. Is this your idea of customer service?

@TPEassist Serious question - have you given up on Sheffield to Manchester? A 14 hour gap in service today is not acceptable - just saying to use other operators etc. Come on that's not good enough - is anyone senior at TPE aware of how abysmal your service is?

@TPEassist - no point in moaning your service levels are abysmal at present but you know that. I have an advance ticket from Manchester to Sheffield on the cancelled 17:18 - almost all of your trains are cancelled today; will my ticked be accepted on the 14:18?

@LNER The payment machine in the LNER car park (yes the official LNER one in Doncaster West Street) has for some time been spitting out blank paper instead of receipts. Can someone please sort and also I need LNER to provide me a VAT reseipt for my payment yesterday
