Zelensky let his true feelings out and demonstrated that they were simply words intended to keep the money train going. Once Trump threatened to stop the endless supply of arms and started pushing for peace the appreciation suddenly went away. He's expecting the US and Trump to put Ukraine's interests over that of America and the rest of the world.

I will say it again: 3 Options remain. 1-Distasteful Diplomacy. 2-Continued tithing to Ukraine. 3-World War 3 with added bonus of nuclear holocaust. Again it is clear. Zelensky wants more of option 2 and thinks option 3 won’t happen or doesn’t care. Only @realDonaldTrump and @JDVance want option 1. Too many others are far too comfortable with option 3. And those who think diplomacy with Putin is somehow bending to the will of a tyrant are just plain ignorant of the reality the world is facing. Distasteful Diplomacy. Nobody wants to make a deal with Putin. But given the options, what better choice is there? God Bless President Trump and Vice President Vance.
