A sovereign wealth fund is a good practice. The issue Conservatives have is the Liberals' proposed wealth fund will be funded by borrowing and debt. We propose they get their budget in order, get rid of red tape which will allow investment back into our country and then use that surplus to fund Canada's sovereign wealth fund.
