Productive 2 days of fieldwork at the UNCITRAL WGIII on ISDS reform and 1st time at the UN as a researcher and member of the @iCourts_jur delegation. The delegates discussed the proposal to establish a standing mechanism (which would result in a new IC) as an alt- to arbitration.
