The best advice I got in my 20s: Nobody cares. I often wonder how many extraordinary people waste their entire lives fearing the judgement of people who were never even thinking about them. Nobody is thinking about you. They’re too busy thinking about themselves. Go do the thing.

50 high-protein meals. Less than a day of cooking. No weekly issues worrying about what to make. I did this because when food is already made, everything else gets easier. Training stays consistent. Nutrition stops being a daily decision. And I’m not guessing when I’m tired or busy. I kept this simple on purpose. Basic ingredients. Meals that freeze well. High protein. Nothing fancy. All of this was done with one crockpot, a few pots, and the oven. If you’ve got freezer space, you can do this too. And if this feels like a lot, it doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Start with one recipe. Or two. Make ten meals and build from there. That’s how this actually sticks. If you want the recipes and the full grocery list, comment MEAL PREP and I’ll send it to you. I can’t stand the “everything is a mental health issue”. Sometimes in life, you make the wrong decision and you deal with consequences. I had a basketball player one time tell me he was hurting with his mental health, that’s why he was playing bad. I asked what was wrong.

Guys please trust me. One day you will look at the pictures you take today with your family and friends. Maybe your kids are little or slightly older You have a million battles you are facing. Job, money, house whatever. You are in the thick of it. Then fast forward and now you look back, you realize that was one of the best days of your life. You may have others but never equal. Fucking slips away from you in the moment. Just look around and take a few min. Really be present Hope this is one of those days for you all. Take a few pictures and live it.
