Experience the all electric life.

Riding motorcycles to Alaska and back over the last 3 weeks has been enlightening in some ways I didn't expect. Glaciers are receding massively, wildfires and wildfire smoke are really bad, and weather is more extreme. I lived on the road through it all, experienced it with all sensations, and saw how our forests in remote places are suffering. Our planet is changing and it's not lost on me the impact even my 50mpg, Euro 5 emissions compliant motorcycles had. Though, not impossible, electric motorcycles have been to Alaska before. It's just inconvenient and much slower travel than I have resources to achieve in my 3 weeks of PTO. EV charging infrastructure is in places I didn't expect all throughout remote parts of Canada. Though, some of it is propane powered due to remote, off-grid locations and a lot of the stations are 50-100kW. I could imagine driving an EV to Alaska but Alaska hasn't been excited to install fast charging stations. Or, Alaskans haven't been excited for EVs. Uncertain. This trip was a return to my home state, one I haven't seen since 1988. It has changed. I have changed. But it's still beautiful!
