In September, we approved Ksi Lisims LNG under our "One Project, One Review" agreement with B.C. And in November, we referred the project to the Major Projects Office. Now, Ksi Lisims LNG has secured Canada's very first long-term LNG offtake deal with Europe: a 1 million tonne, 20-year intent to purchase from Securing Energy for Europe (SEFE), a German state-owned energy company. This brings the project one step closer to a Final Investment Decision. This is what moving at speed and scale on nation-building projects looks like: diversifying exports, ensuring global energy security, growing our GDP while reducing emissions, creating Canadian jobs, and advancing Indigenous ownership and partnership.
