Republicans Overseas' Territorial Taxation for Individual (#TTFI) Americans abroad proposal was part of 2018 TCJA. We couldn't get JCT (the Joint Committee on Taxation) 2 score it in time (TCJA went through both House & Senate so fast). Our TTFI couldn't be voted on 2 be included

Melania Trump fled a communist country to come to the U.S. as an immigrant. She became a legal U.S. citizen and is now First Lady. She speaks 5 languages and exhibits grace on the world stage. Why isn't the media celebrating this amazing woman? They're too busy mocking her.

Congressman Holding asked the IRS how many expats are not filing tax returns & what is Gov't revenue loss because of that. They don't know. I asked the Treasury the same questions + what is Gov't #FATCA revenue per year since its passage. They don't know either.

@SolomonYue Classic example of Congress passing laws that they are unwilling to allocate funds to enforce. When doing revenue offsets, JTC should be required to include the increase in funds the IRS would need to enforce. Like CBT - what’s the cost of effectively enforcing vs revenue?

I am in Paris getting ready to celebrate the end of World War One. Is there anything better to celebrate than the end of a war, in particular that one, which was one of the bloodiest and worst of all time?
