JioMart has to be one of the most poorly coded apps out there. The UI/UX is terrible. The app takes forever to open, items load slowly, and both the app and website lag a lot. Basic things don't even work properly. Like items not getting added to cart, cart not updating, coupons taking ages to apply. Pricing and service are fine, but the user experience is just horrible. For such a big company, how is the app still this poorly built? JioMart needs to seriously rethink its development team and fix the app.

Existing customers will also get the service trust guarantee of 7 days or your mobility on us. Will roll out this weekend. Also, we’ll offer a loyalty bonus on top of upgrade value for upgrade to Gen 3 products to customers whose vehicles are in service centers for 3 months. Not many cases but should have been none.

@RailwaySeva issue regarding a refund for cancelled train tickets. On 28 Feb 2026, I cancelled my tickets for the following PNR numbers: - PNR: 6264692875 - PNR: 6364693077 Although the cancellation was processed, the refund has not yet been credited to my bank account.
