This is such a LIE!!! This service has been down a week and support person after support person since last Tuesday evening has REFUSED to send a technician. Now it’s an outage?! TOTAL 🐂 💩!!! SHAME ON YOU @verizon /@FrontierCorp for your reckless disregard for customer service!!!

We’ve had NO internet since last Wednesday and @FrontierCorp (now @Verizon) has been a nightmare. Hours on the phone, same tests over and over, and they refuse to send a tech without a $150 charge. This is absurd. Looking for a new ISP.
