Avoid @GetYourGuide. Their system automatically puts the account holder's name on lounge vouchers. Support admitted this is how it works, yet they refuse to refund even though the lounge rejected the ticket. Paying for a service their own tech breaks is a total scam. #Scam #fail



@GetYourGuide You have my email, phone number, and live chat. Try some of them what the F would I want to DM on X with you for? Pathetic dangerous company.




@GetYourGuide the issue is not resolved. I have filled the partner form and still this is not resolved. I didnt get response from Getyourguide partner team. I have activity planned this week and this is disappointing that you guys are not resolving the issue

@GetYourGuide Beware of this organization. Booked and paid for a day trip from Seville to Cordoba. Even received an automated reminder day before. However, the day of the trip there was no guide or tour bus. Attempts to contact GYG were futile. Nobody answered the phone or texts


@johannesreck Hi Johannes I've exhausted every option through @GetYourGuide's official support system. Ticket #15727526 has been open for 40 days, passed through 6 agents, and remains completely unresolved. When the ticket system fails, where should a supply partner turn?



Very poor experience overall. @GetYourGuide Northern Lanzarote Tour Activity provider: BREIA BUS S.L The activity I booked was cancelled, was not informed in advance. only became aware after our transport didn’t arrive, on phoning the company they were very dismissive!!!



Bonjour à tous, j’expose aujourd’hui un problème que j’ai eu avec @GetYourGuide J’ai acheté 4 places Disney au prix de 556€, je me pointe la bas je scan mes billets est une hôtesse me dis « désolé monsieur par faute d’indisponibilité vous ne pouvez pas rentré dans le parc. » Donc je lui explique et que je veux rentrer, elle me fais comprendre que c’est pas possible et que je dois contacter getyourguide pour un remboursement, maintenant getyourguide me disent que je ne serai pas remboursé car mes billets on étaie scan. Je suis sencer passé à côté de 550€ ? RT apprécié svp, je vais pas me laisser tuer


@GetYourGuide Having a bad experience with the so called tours in Tokyo. The guides do nothing but drive and have very little to no knowledge. It’s very disappointing and feels like a scam. In fact, my latest activity automatically posted a five star review without my consent!!
