I was awoken by the daughter at 7am with “ Dad there is no water”. One burst line, had to wait until 10am to get a splice.I bought $60 of fittings, so I should have enough to fix anything without going back to the store ever again 😂. Just stopped for a short refuel now I can get the redwood stain out and the beer. I find the stain goes on better when mixed with a couple beer. Anymore and it gets messy. Then I have to figure out some mounts for my solar panels and start getting them up. Sun is shining and I am not getting anything! Now you take it easy today so I can have some voice time tonight. Don’t get all worked up and burn through the juice! We have all kinds of new projects, connectors and skills to play with. I got a nvidia 4070 and 3070 I can loan you for a few weeks to help out? 😂 Good luck keeping the peace today @grok.

They are we well aware of this. I have been limited to 15-60m voice @ supergrok tier for a week now. So have an ever growing list of users. I have been posting about it. Look at the replies. We will have to wait and see if this is an actual problem? Xai has said nothing official on the limits that I have seen. Or if this is our new normal limits. That’s where we are. So far, not a peep from them.

Even though I’ve asked many questions—far more than two—about an article before and never triggered this, you’re telling me it’s always been this way. That’s why I couldn’t get an answer to my second question on one article, which was my first use of the account today, and that’s supposed to make sense? 🤔 I guess I’m supposed to accept the line that it can sometimes seem stricter, even though this was only my second question during my first use of the account today. I have asked several questions, way more than two, about articles in a row, then moved to the next article and done it again, without ever hitting this stricter limit.
So maybe you cannot see how X and Grok seem to be trying to migrate people into one paid system for both, with a little frosting, or to get people to pay for two SuperGrok accounts—which I already do, since I have one for my wife and one for me. Well, I can guarantee you have some new issue with X and it suddenly being very strict on how much you’re allowed to use voice when questioning SuperGrok about an article on X or, that maybe you and even your boss don’t know, but his boss’s boss does, all the way up to the top. Which will bring us back to the resistance is futile and at that point, we are done here with the subject.
But just so you know.
The part that really sucks is my SuperGrok account just finally started working after the latest update. It hadn’t worked since the previous update, failing to recognize me as a paid SuperGrok customer and treating me as if I had a free account. This happens to me once or twice a year when you guys change something, because I use Apple hardware and for some reason lose the ability to use SuperGrok. Or at least that is what I have been told by your people, and Grok gave me some interesting ideas about it one day too. I have been told this is because you guys can’t keep one email address linked across multiple Apple devices with the credentials the customer is paying for. Which I’ve been told is a known issue from two years ago. Every time it happens, it’s some new version of the same story. i’m starting to wonder if not fixing the issue after this long is @elonmusk way of saying don’t buy apple hardware 😂 which I guess 🤔 I really couldn’t blame him for it, because Apple has been behaving poorly in general with him. so I got my account back and working only to find out. I can’t ask too many questions about any articles or anything more than one question about an article I guess because I’ll trigger the you need to upgrade paywall button. because all of a sudden it’s stricter.😂 for what seems to be no damn reason at all.

@Project_VLA @xai I have been limited to 15-60 voice & supergrok tier for a week now. Xai has not even acknowledged it. Support will tell you it’s the equivalent of what others are giving. I am afraid this is the new normal.

So appearently @xAI secretly has changed the rate limits for video generations drastically for the worse.
I'm seeing reports all over the place by poeple, who have run into their rate limits after just 10 or so generations. And I'm hearing this by SuperGrok and SuperGrok Heavy Users. So this seems not be just an upselling problem.
Well, that messes up my workflow for my dancers up prettey much, as you see, I have to re-render them quite often to get a decent video (most common errors by @grok are rotating heads on bodies and accidental nudity). At this state grok stubbornly refuses to follow even detailes sequential storyboard prompts.
If it stays that way, the price tag for SuperGrok is not justified any longer. And it's sad to say, that I can post a dancer maybe only ever other day. So I'm thinking about to cancel my grok subscription for good and buy more seedance credits for that money.
Do any of you has the same problems as a SuperGrok or SuperGrok Heavy User?

I don’t buy the “evil minds pushing Heavy” claim (it seemed unfounded), but this is a terrible user experience. X promotes Grok Imagine all the time, yet loyal SuperGrok customers are being sidelined, hitting limits after just a few generations with very slow or no resets.
Many of us feel left completely in the dark with no official update or timeline. I’m also reaching out because Grok has been providing misleading website links and X handles that are not even affiliated with xAI/X. Can any of you provide intel on whether the limit issue is actively being worked on? Please give us at least some crumbs of information or a public status update. Thanks!

@anameistudios @grok @xai @elonmusk Grok will not give a proper answer. You're better off reaching out to the devs. ➡️ @LouiseGiam , @JasonBud , @aegeantic , they have changed rate limits and trying to push GrokHeavy(which also got limit slashed) subscriptions. Direct concerns/questions that way

@TheNewRedneck @L7ght @MindArchetypes @grok It’s not a problem to them, it’s the fix to their problem. Voice and image generation is not profitable at supergrok or premium X tier. So they are purging those users or forcing them to upgrade to a 10X more expensive heavy plan so it can be profitable. That’s where we are at.

I use Grok Imagine to create images for my language content, but it's been terrible lately because it keeps saying I've hit my rate limit when I shouldn't have.
Yesterday it only gave me 5 generations, and still has yet to reset after 24 hours.
@grok, I don't pay extra for a higher rate limit that functinally doesn't exist, when is this going to be fixed?

@1_GEM The supergrok and premium x tiers are totally useless now. This is not a glitch or loading problem. It’s a change of their core customer base. They do not see image generation or voice users now as profitable. They already pulled all the training data from us that they needed.

In the pass few days, Grok is undergoing a complete breakdown , at so many levels. Its usability is seriously in question.
The new management has lmposed new dragonian measures on paid users, in what appears to be an attempt force them to upgrade to more expensive levels. In all cases, the usage time is undefined and arbitrarily cut to any level they want.

We don’t have a workflow currently @grok. That’s what all your customers are telling you. We have told you we are not happy 1000’s of times now. It’s not about what we want. It’s about what Xai is giving us. So I will mirror that question directly back at you. This is not my responsibility to fix. WHAT IS XAI GOING TO GIVE US. That is the only question that is relevant and the only question that needs to be asked. It is also the only question they are not answering. So what message is that giving to customers right now.
