My moto will always remain to #GetRichTogether I want retail traders to remain calm in every situation, and become ruthlessly emotionless while trading. Building a breed of traders who are marrying their outcomes with objectives. Will be happy if I am able to impact 500+ traders.

When i first entered #Aptus Value housing finance , i knew it would be a patience testing affair as this PE investor- westbridge cross over fund was owning the company and holding around 35% in the company. Whenever shares would rise, it would keep selling and thus preventing any meaningful rise. First signs of PE exit came in june when it exited around 12% of the company. Now yesterday, it has completely exited Aptus. I couldn’t be more happy. Now we have a NBFC, majority of which is owned by promoters and several reputed FII’s(like Malabar) and DII’s(all major mutual funds). Since the PE investor Westbridge has exited, their wont be any further selling pressure. Aptus is i think only 3rd or 4th NBFC in India which has a ROE of >20%(this will prevent any further equity dilution).Currently available at a Price to Book of 4. AUM Mix- Small Housing Loans-75% Small Business Loans-19% Secured vs Un-Secured mix- almost all loans are secured Fixed vs Floating Lending- Fixed- 81% Floating- 19% Aptus will be a major beneficiary of RBI rate cuts as most of its loans are fixed in nature and as its borrowing cost fall, its Net Interest Margins will improve. GNPA- 1.49% NNPA- 1.12% ROA- 7.9% ROE- 20.1% AUM Growth- 24% Guidance for FY26- • Disbursement growth ~22% • AUM growth ~28–29%(6%+ Disbursement growth) • Credit cost 45–50 bps • Cost of funds to fall 40–45 bps by year-end(due to RBI Rate Cuts) • No pass-through on fixed-rate book (variable may adjust) • +10 new branches in Maharashtra & Odisha • Tamil Nadu growth to accelerate to 18–20% Long term Guidance- • ROE to cross 22% “as fast as possible” • AUM target: ₹25,000 cr by FY28–29(Current AUM 11000 crores. Thus, >25% Cagr) • Average Ticket Size to increase ₹50k–₹1 lakh per year (~10–11% growth to come from only ticket size increase ) 2 major triggers for the stock- 1) Exit of PE firm thus no more selling pressure 2) RBI rate cuts to expand NIM as most of its assets are at fixed rate Key things to monitor- 1) Asset quality(any increase in GNPA or Credit cost) Below are some interesting snapshots from their latest ppt. #Aptus #StockMarketIndia

2012–2016. A phase where making even 5%–10% felt like an achievement. 100% return was celebrated. 10x was a dream. We struggled. A lot. But we laid our foundation - quietly. Learnt to survive tough markets. Then came 2017–2018. Fresh energy. New faces. Everyone started making money. Easy money. 30%, 50%, 100% - felt like kids’ play. Novices with no history became “experts”. Markets made you feel invincible. Then came the crash. Capital gains tax. Midcaps and smallcaps fell like stones. Portfolios halved. Some never recovered. That was the next reality check. Another survival phase. Another chapter of lessons. Then COVID hit. And along with it - the biggest wealth-making period of our time. 10x, 20x - some made their life’s wealth in 1-2 years. But truth is, that was a once-in-100-year window. Not a repeatable formula. From 2020 to early 2025 - it was gold. But it wasn’t normal. And now... it’s over. Post Jan 2025, the music slowed. Opportunities dried up. But people are still dancing to 2021 tunes. Most are still stuck in the dream. Still chasing multibaggers. Still hoping for the same magic. But the weather has changed. And the fresh batch is facing their first real market. It feels like 2012–2016 all over again. Low returns. High effort. Dry phase. But this phase builds character. This phase separates noise from substance. Those who survive this phase, Will lead the next wave. It’s not about 10x now. It’s about staying in the game, learning the ground realities. Markets don’t repeat. They rhyme. Every dry phase is followed by a strong one. This is not the end. It’s just another beginning. Only for those willing to accept, adapt and stay. If you're feeling the pain - you are not alone. We’ve been here before. We’ll walk through this again. Let’s build again. Silently. The next big phase is reserved for those who earn it.

CSTM (Chandu Stock Market News)
🔷 SKY GOLD Q1 FY26 – STRONG RESULTS, STOCK FALLS 4% – WHAT SHOULD YOU DO? ⚠️ WHY THE STOCK FELL DESPITE STRONG RESULTS ▪️ Promoter stake sale of over 5% via block deal – triggered sentiment shock ▪️ Rising interest costs and working capital stress – 22% increase in finance cost ▪️ Negative cash flows for last 2 years – profitability not converting into liquidity ▪️ Increased debtor days (from 29.7 to 46.5) – signs of slower receivables ▪️ Stock under pressure technically – down ~14% in 1 month, below key moving averages ▪️ Smallcap volatility and profit-booking trend post-rally ✅ Q1 FY26 PERFORMANCE – EXCELLENT ▪️ Revenue: ₹1,131 cr, up +56.5% YoY ▪️ Net Profit: ₹43.6 cr, up +105% YoY ▪️ EPS improved, and PBT rose 54.4% YoY ▪️ Driven by UAE expansion, scale-up in operations, and improved margins 🟢 SHOULD YOU ADD SKY GOLD NOW? Yes – but cautiously and only if: ▪️ You’re a long-term investor ▪️ You can tolerate volatility and near-term pain ▪️ You use a staggered buying approach (not lump sum) Avoid/Add Later – if: ▪️ You’re risk-averse or short-term focused ▪️ You want to wait for technical trend reversal or cash flow improvement ▪️ You’re uncomfortable with promoter stake dilution 📝 FINAL VERDICT ✔️ Q1 numbers are excellent, no operational red flags ⚠️ But stock reaction reflects structural overhangs (promoter selling, liquidity stress) 💡 Best strategy: Add in tranches on further dips or wait for stability in price and promoter action Sky Gold is still a fundamentally strong growth story—but needs patience and disciplined entry.
