I generally agree with you, but he was 3 and someone was abusing him if true. He might be shitty in other ways but this is in my opinion not the avenue to pursue. Trauma is a very fucked up thing and being lost in abuse as a child is not the childs fault, they do not have the life experience to understand they're being abused. God Bless you man.
