I just want Phillies fans who want Topper gone to be honest with themselves. You want a manager who will be as angry and irrational as you are after singular losses. You think that will equate to winning, but it wouldn't. It's not all of them, but a large majority for sure.

Incorporating carbs intra-workout (I drink 1L orange juice every session) was a game changer for me. After years of stagnation, I started gaining strength and muscle again. Carbs spike insulin, which opposes cortisol, making them anti-catabolic. Plus, your muscles need quick fuel for intense efforts, without carbs, you’ll burn through glycogen and start breaking down muscle to make glucose.

Men who drink Gatorade instead of water during workouts have more muscle growth, less body fat, lower cortisol levels, and a 23% increase in fast twitch muscle fibers.

~40g sugar (Gatorade) during lifting blunts cortisol (~+99% → ~+7%) and enhances muscle growth ~40–45g sugar (Gatorade) during lifting blunted cortisol (~+99% → ~+7%) and led to ~+20% greater muscle fibre growth over 12 weeks. Fat loss and lean mass changes only trended (not significant), but direction favored the carb group. Mechanism is lower cortisol → less protein breakdown → better growth and body composition signal PMID: 11905937

@BerbarianWizard I’ve discussed this before. The study was done for fasted vs non fasted and the benefits only persisted in those that were fasted.

@BerbarianWizard Gatorade is such a weak and worthless dietary supplement though. Just flavored sugar water and lightest touch of electrolytes. @grok is this shenanigans ?

@DeSerrateGame @BerbarianWizard incorrect analysis I've done both ways many times, carbs + creatine increases cellular volumization... Training fasted blunts this effect and pumps are blunted too..l.

@BerbarianWizard I am confident this is a false positive. The people who train fasted and are metabolically healthy, meaning they are fat adjusted and can function perfectly well and even train while fasted, will perform just as well and gain just as much muscle. I am a living example of this.

I’m curious why you are confused by “I’ll see you in Valhalla”. It just signifies a farewell that carries a sense of honor and respect. As for the number 33. It is the rarest and most significant number in numerology. Take it for what it’s worth. And who thinks Tyler Robinson’s text messages are scripted? You? Who else? This isn’t the first time George Zin has interjected himself into a situation. Just look at his past behavior and arrests. I don’t think these questions serve a purpose other than to promote confusion. Just my opinion.

Say what you want about the Carlson Bro’s, but these are logical Q’s about Charlie Kirk’s assassination even I had. - What does “I’ll see you in Valhalla” mean? - Why did Kash say 33 like a gazillion times? - Why were Tyler Robinson’s text messages so exact like a script? - Why was George Zin there, ready and waiting to take credit as soon as it transpired? You’re seeing with Martone and across all the sports leagues that pro sports are a young man’s game. Players are contributing big at younger ages than ever. Yet genius GM of the Phils has locked up his entire core until they’re 40. So that’s cool.

@JohnKincade But he’s right. If you want to ding Thomson, lineup construction is fair game, but his mentality is correct. This team does well when it’s relaxed & locked in, manager’s job is lay groundwork for that.Bigger issue is Dombro. Gets Garcia? Doesn’t pounce on Geno Suarez? No Ranger?

What was the mystery weapon the US used that brought Venezuelan soldiers to their knees, bleeding through the nose, and vomiting blood during the capture of Nicolas Maduro? In my opinion, we have gained control over the deepstate directed energy weapons that were used on 9/11.

Dalton Rushing said it was ‘a little fishy’ how the #Rockies hitters were swinging at the first pitch and connecting. Rushing found it very odd. “I think they had a good game plan as an opposing team, and maybe I pitched into their game plan. As far as calling pitches, I'm not 100% sure. I just, I think it's odd some of those hitters that do what they do, they go up there and they were only on the first pitch that was thrown. So it's a little fishy.” Rushing said. @SportingTrib | #Dodgers

@WehnerNick @digijordan 10g of Creatine mixed in coffee / caffeine and whey Whey increases absorption, Caffeine activates dopamine and CNS which gives "motivated energy" 3,000mg of Arginine and Citruline - this opens up the pipes for creatine to bring the cellular volumization 2,000mg of sodium

Creatine often causes water retention and puffiness (bloating) because creatine relies on a sodium-dependent transporter (SLC6A8) to enter muscle cells and the brain… Without enough sodium, much of the creatine stays in the extracellular space, leading to that “puffy” look… The simple fix: take creatine with a pinch of salt (or electrolytes) to improve absorption and utilization, reducing bloating while enhancing benefits. I personally mix 10g of @thornehealth creatine with @drinkmagna electrolytes each morning. I’ve been doing this for a long time…but just today I saw a video from @thomasdelauer that brilliantly explained why this is so effective 💪
