I’ve not run for office before, but I feel like I could’ve lost that race in Texas for a lot less than $100 million. Maybe next time they should give me $10 million and I’ll just tell the unpopular incumbent to retire. Win-win for everybody.

@SecMullinDHS Two individuals? Wow! You want a medal? Now, Mr. Secretary, how many have you deported so far? Where are the mass deportations? Any new data you would like to share please? Thank you.

Secretary Markwayne Mullin
Tonight, ICE law enforcement officers were assaulted by anti-ICE rioters who sprayed law enforcement with an unknown chemical substance. Two individuals were arrested for assaulting, resisting, and impeding federal officers.   Assaulting and obstructing ICE law enforcement is a crime and felony. Anyone who assaults law enforcement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

You have no idea how dispised is this GOP senate is by it's own voters. Nothing to do with Trump. Cornyn should have resigned and backed up someone else. Paxton gave Cornyn an out had the Senate passed the Save Act, and codified Trump's agenda. But no. Thune doesn't gives a damn about his own voters. Thune has delayed Trump's appointments to fill all those empty federal positions! No recess appointments. Speaking of which, the Senate is on vacation btw. Check out the Senate approval ratings.

Paxton is still maybe a 2-to-1 favorite to beat Talarico. Cornyn would have been more like 9-to-1.

@VanJones68 The GOP Senete is not delivering on Trump's (amd the voter's) agenda. Some are being punished by the voters, on the ballot box, like a Democratic nation. You just don't like Paxton's MAGA ideas. And that's your opinion.

Trump betrayed a decent, honorable man who had a 99.2 percent record of supporting him in the U.S. Senate. He destroyed the career of U.S. Senator Cornyn to elevate a dishonest, impeached and corrupt crook named Ken Paxton. (Google him. This guy is terrible.) When the President of the United States happily backs a bad man and throws a good man overboard, it sends a horrible message to the next generation. This president continues to do moral and ethical damage to the nation that will be hard to undo. Not surprised. But still disappointed in where GOP voters are.

This is amazing. The New York Times put together a graphic of how much time cabinet members spend kissing up to Trump in meetings. "On average, at least one of every six sentences either flattered Mr. Trump, gave him credit or criticized his political opponents." North Korea.

Adidas just mass-released a $500 running shoe that is banned from every sanctioned race on the planet. And it sold out in minutes. The business logic is smarter than it looks. World Athletics caps stack height at 40mm for road racing shoes. The Prime X Evo sits at 50mm. That extra 10mm of Lightstrike Pro Evo foam means the shoe physically cannot be worn in any official competition. Adidas printed that fact on the marketing materials. They're selling illegality as a feature. The shoe helped Sibusiso Kubheka run 100km in 5:59:20, the first person to ever break six hours at that distance. A record that does not count in any official record book because the shoe violates the rules. Adidas spent years of R&D to break a record that technically doesn't exist. Here's why that's the play. The Prime X Evo isn't the product. The Prime X Evo is the commercial for the product. Every running publication on Earth wrote about this shoe for free. Millions in earned media. The actual revenue shoe is the Adizero Adios Pro 4 at $250, which uses a legal version of the same foam technology, sits under the 40mm limit, and ships in real quantities. The $500 price tag and lottery release aren't margin optimization. They're a scarcity engine that turns a running shoe into a streetwear drop. You're buying a concept car that happens to fit on your feet. Adidas found the loophole: you can build whatever you want if you never claim it's for competition. The regulations assumed shoe companies wanted to win races. Adidas realized winning the marketing race pays better.

I went to Delaney Hall after reports of unsafe and unconstitutional conditions inside, and what I heard from families and advocates was heartbreaking. The people being held there are fathers, mothers, sons, and daughters who deserve to be treated with dignity.

My request to access the facility was denied this morning, raising even more questions about what they are trying to hide from public view. I’ll keep fighting for answers and to hold ICE accountable.

Immigrants at Delaney Hall are on a hunger strike because they are fighting for their human rights. The conditions there are deplorable. We’re working with our partners in the state to bring an end to this nightmare and I’ll be going to Delaney Hall again to conduct oversight. Enough is enough - not in New Jersey, not anywhere.

There is a lot of noise surrounding the potential US/Iran deal. Here’s what the rumors are so far: - Iran has agreed to give up its stockpile of highly enriched uranium. Iran currently has 400 kg of highly enriched uranium. Enough for 11 nuclear bombs. - The US would begin a phased unfreezing of Iran’s $6b to $30b in cash. - The Strait of Hormuz will open up. - Iran won’t charge a penny for ships to pass through. No $2m toll fee. - The US agrees to relieve some of the sanctions. - War ENDS on all fronts with Lebanon. - US forces near Iran to withdraw. - 30 to 60 days to finalize the nuclear deal. If true, that’s a massive victory for the President. Here are the winners and losers. Winners: 1. American people. Oil prices will likely fall. Shipping insurance costs drop. Inflation pressure eases. 2. The President 3. Global markets. 4. Stock market. 5. Gulf states. Temporary tension eliminated. I have them as both winners and losers. 6. IRGC gains legitimacy. They’re not Venezuela. Whether anyone likes it or not. Including myself. 7. China is a major winner. The Strait of Hormuz hurt them the most. They can spin this to their people that the deal got done after the President left China. 8. Russia relies on Iran being a bit more stable. 9. NATO nations were starting to worry. They were pansies shivering about having to help the US. (They’re also big losers in my eyes) Losers: 1. Iranian people. No one knows what the IRGC will do after this deal to their own people. Their media outlets will say they beat America. That message will 100% be pushed. The Iranian people will be under even more scrutiny by the IRGC. 2. Obama’s administration. This sounds like a much stronger deal than Obama’s administration made. 3. Netanyahu. He wanted regime change or collapse for his legacy, but Trump wasn’t on the same page at the end. 4. NATO was exposed. They showed they don’t have America’s back if shit were to hit the fan. Terrible moment for them. 5. Reza Pahlavi. Another year of not being able to help his people become free. This point will lead to more memes by the RP loyalists but it’s the truth. 6. Gulf states. The IRGC still controls a neighbor capable of firing rockets at surrounding Gulf nations. 7. Iranian proxies and non state actors. Hezbollah, Houthis, and Shia militias will not receive the same funding flow if sanctions are removed under limitations tied to the agreement. 8. Defense contractors and war hawks. They wanted this thing to continue so they could land massive contracts. I’m sure they’re not happy. 9. Oil producers benefiting from high prices. 10. Political extremists on both sides. Those who wanted to see the President lose (woke right) and those pushing for nuclear war. 11. Democrats. They desperately needed this to continue heading into the midterms. They will HATE this deal. Don’t worry, they’ll still find a way to blame Trump. But independents won’t fall for the BS. Democrats and the woke right will follow suit, but not reasonable independents who can see through the nonsense. I predicted this would be done before June 14th. Lots of people pushed back. Obviously, it’s not done yet, and anything can happen, especially when dealing with Iran, but if the President pulls this off, the news outlets, pundits, and influencers will move on to the next issue after they’re done crying nonstop. The greatest 60 days of positive distractions are around the corner. President Trump’s birthday: June 14th US 250 year anniversary: July 4th World Cup: June 11th to July 19th The world will move on, and the President can focus on driving results toward the midterms, Cuba, affordability and other issues. Love him or hate him, he continues to show how fluid his mind is and that he can change his approach depending on whether things do or don’t go his way. Future Looks Bright.

Unlike Obama, this "Memorandum of Understanding" (not a deal yet) is after Trump's successful military operation and killing their top leaders and commanders. Never had Iran been hit directly hard like that. Today Iran is not stronger than it was in February. Reports that they are rebuilding their forces might be true, but they won't reach their peak like they were last February. And we all saw the maximum damage they can do with their missles. Trump is offering ceasefire and truce a chance knowing he can resume hostilities at any time. ANY time! We are being magnanimous. We lost (sadly) 13 soldiers vs almost thousands in Iran. No we didn't finish the job and the Uranium is still there but in ruins. Irans breaks this deal and nobody will blame Trump if he burns Iran to the ground. Meanwhile oil distribution and production infrastructure is adjusting to bypass the use of the Strait almost completely. Less war is always good.

🚨 JUST IN: Leader John Thune is facing MASSIVE MAGA FURY and even some calls to be primaried after failing to deliver ICE-CBP funding by President Trump's deadline *AND* letting the SAVE America Act stall Republicans apparently oppose Trump's anti-weaponization fund. UNBELIEVABLE. "Democrats and many Republicans plan to kill the fund with Senate amendments." "Senate Majority Leader John Thune said the White House should have consulted Congress about the anti-weaponization effort, but presidential allies defended the fund." "President Trump says, quote, 'I gave up a lot of money allowing the anti-weaponization fund to go forward.'" "Former Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said it would be, quote, 'utterly stupid, morally wrong to award money to pardoned January 6th rioters.'" Some conservatives are angry that Senate GOP leaders pulled the plug."
