The biggest lesson I learned? Getting over my fear and finally #buildinpublic. You all, the feedback, the bugs, the late-night DMs, have been incredible.
I'm not stopping. We're gonna keep building, keep shipping.
To the finalists: go crush it. To everyone else: see you at the top. 🔥

The @enter_delta II program is officially a wrap!
Did I make the final 3 going to SF? Nope. 😂
Am I disappointed? Not at all.
Just getting @MySponza chosen as 1 of the 1500+ applications was the validation I needed. What a ride. A massive, massive thank you to @PeterDAmbrosio and the whole @_TheResidency team for the shot.

@MySponza You all helped me find the real vision for MySponza, so you're going to be the first to test it for free.
Now, back to the code.
(cc @PeterDAmbrosio @abhinavguptaIAQ @enter_delta @theresidency... the demo is coming, I swear! 😅)
English

My next #buildinpublic update:
Me: "I'm going to shoot a nice, clean demo of @MySponza last week!"
The Universe: "Hold my beer."
Last week, I've been fighting a 3-front war:
1. A new registration bug (caused by a "simple" dropdown 🙄).
2. An intermittent subscription bug (the worst kind).
3. A rogue Docker image that decided to crash the whole server.

So, one more time, with feeling. Thanks for the wake-up call, Everyone.
OLD/SMALL NARRATIVE: "AI for visa jobs." THE REAL MISSION: "MySponza: Stop just applying. Start winning jobs with your AI co-pilot."
(P.S. @PeterDAmbrosio @abhinavguptaIAQ, this is my final one-liner, I promise. Maybe. 😂) (cc @enter_delta @theresidency)
English

I've been so focused on our first market (UK sponsorship) that I've been failing to explain the real mission.
The problem isn't just the visa. The problem is that job seekers are "applying" into a void.
MySponza's AI isn't just a "finder." It's a "co-pilot" for everyone, to review your CV, prep you for interviews, and actually help you win.

OK, #buildinpublic is wild.
I build a tool for visa jobs.
I post about it.
A user (I hope 😀) (@sakaslim) basically says, "This is small. What happens when COS is gone?"
I realize... he's right. I'm building a Ferrari but telling everyone it's a really good lawnmower.
Thanks for the heads up Yemi and every other reviewer.

#buildinpublic update #3!
This @enter_delta week 1 deliverable was the final boss.
I'd rather find a production CORS bug (week 1) or build a whole Next.js dashboard (week 2) than try to write one single, non-cringe sentence about my startup.
After 20 drafts of "AI-powered synergy," I'm pretty sure this is it.
@MySponza "Skip the sponsorship guessing game. Our AI platform matches your CV directly to verified UK employers."
I also shot the 30-sec pitch video. Pls be nice. 😂
How'd I do, @PeterDAmbrosio @abhinavguptaIAQ @aaravguptta ? (cc @theresidency)

@oezguercelebi This looks great man,
Release this and let me place myself on Mars😂😂😂.
Rooting for you
English

Hey great people,
Are you, or is anyone you know, currently looking for a UK visa sponsorship job?
We all know how frustrating the guessing game is. I got so fed up that I built mysponza.com @MySponza —an AI platform that matches your CV directly to verified UK companies that are actually sponsoring.
The good news: The project has gotten serious recognition and was just accepted into The Delta, one of the top venture programs in the world. We're not small!😀😀😀
As part of the program, I had to post my 30-second pitch on X (Twitter), and this is where I'd love your support.
The Ask:
1. Please engage with the pitch. A like/comment from our community would mean the world:
x.com/gabyslaw/statu…
2. Most importantly: Please test the platform. Since you are the exact people I'm building this for, I need your 100% honest feedback to make it perfect for those still in the job hunt.
Product Link again abeg: mysponza.com
Thanks for supporting one of your own! 🙏🏾🇳🇬"

@svallejo_tech @TevatiyaNupur @MySponza That's a fantastic insight, @svallejo_tech . The "no code" part is the real discipline, isn't it?
It's so tempting to jump straight to fixing, but you're 100% right—clarity only comes from that dedicated synthesis.
That's a super valuable tip. Thanks for sharing!
English

@Gabyslaw @TevatiyaNupur @MySponza That 'final boss' of user feedback is where real clarity emerges. I found dedicating specific, uninterrupted blocks (no code) solely to synthesis made all the difference.
English

My #buildinpublic updates went quiet. Why?
I found the real "final boss" after the pitch... it's called "juggling user feedback, refactoring a .NET API, and designing 3 new features at once." 😅
The founder grind is real, but @MySponza is getting stronger. More updates coming!
(P.S. @PeterDAmbrosio @abhinavguptaIAQ I'm still building! 😂)
(cc @enter_delta @theresidency)
English

Hahahaha, it's the unwritten rule of #buildinpublic, right? "In case of silence, assume I'm building!" 😂
That's amazing you're deep in user feedback. Honestly, getting into their real thought process is the actual final boss—way harder than any line of code. Sounds like you're crushing it.
Thanks so much for the support, it means a lot! Right back at you. 🔥
English

@alexcloudstar @enter_delta Haha, 100%! My brain was running on fumes by draft 20. I'd almost rather fight 100 real bugs! 😂 Thanks so much for the props!
English

@Gabyslaw @enter_delta Crafting that one perfect sentence feels like fighting the final boss. Props for pushing through it, even if it took 20 drafts!
English

@svallejo_tech @enter_delta Thanks so much! You're 100% right, a frictionless flow is everything. We're obsessing over that exact screen right now—solid validation and a smooth UI are top of the list. Appreciate the great feedback!
English

@Gabyslaw @enter_delta Nice update! Addressing the project‑info completion screen is key to a frictionless user experience. Ensuring solid data validation and smooth UI transitions will pay off as you keep shipping daily. Looking forward to the next iteration! #buildinpublic
