I spent my childhood growing up in a republican area. I agree with part of this, my parents didn't vote for Sinn Féin but they supported the struggle, things needed to change & if arms weren't taken then our children today would not be laughing. It wasn't in vain✊🇮🇪

Nelson Mandela admitted himself when he left prison that he had been part of a terrorist organisation and that all murder had been from all sides. He even made his then wife Winnie be held accountable in court. The difference between Mandela and Adams , is Mandela turned his life around, and did not justify any murders. He took accountability and then went on to work hard for peace. Adams is no Mandela.
