I have just reviewed a paper on the LLT the in ACS pts. I am shocked. Very high risk pts, mostly extremely high risk, many with premature MI (the authors did not check for FH), LVEF impairment, on lower dose of high intensive statin therapy! Tx @escardio prevention guidelines!
