WHat retards like this don't understand is that the purchasing power of $1 has been in decline forever. A dollar n the early 1900's could buy you ten bottles of beer. In 2026 $1 doesn't even get you a small coffee at Mcdonalds. The value of the dollar has never caught up to inflation and its just getting worse and worse.

Do you think someone making $200 a week that needs to be on public assistance to pay bills isn't in actual poverty? If you don't think those people are in poverty you might wanna consider joining MAGA.

Yea I am mixing up the line of $90 a month with the line of $200 a month. How much does it cost you to live month to month, Susanna? Tell me about your poverty experiences of living off $200 a month in 2025. Tell me how well off people are living off $500 a month. Tell me how much money a month it takes that allows people to make statements such as yours and this clowns and not have to ever deal with actual poverty or worry about a bill being paid. I live off $33 a day. Am I a positive outcome in capitalism? WOW I make a whole $33 a day and I am not considered to even be in poverty at all but I couldn't survive without public assistance. How many people that need public assistance to help pay bills aren't even considered in poverty? What is the difference between someone making $100 a month and $1000 a month. Not much. They both struggle to pay bills and have money concerns constantly. So please, give me a break with "thresholds" that you aren't even a part of.
