Apparently Black people were historically everywhere on Earth — except Africa.
Ancient Greece had a Black Helen of Troy, Black Clytemnestra, and Black Athena in Nolan’s "The Odyssey."
Ancient Rome had Black Romans in multiple BBC and Netflix productions.
Scandinavia had Black Vikings in "The Northman" and "Vikings Valhalla."
Norway had Black Norse gods.
France had Black Joan of Arc.
Medieval Europe had Black knights and queens in "House of the Dragon," "The Rings of Power," and "Knightfall."
Ancient Egypt had Black Cleopatra thanks to Netflix.
18th Century Britain had Black aristocrats in "Bridgerton" and "Queen Charlotte," plus Black historical figures like Black Anne Boleyn and Black, gay, and disabled King Edward VI.
Feudal Japan had Black samurai.
And America had Black Aaron Burr, Black George Washington, Black Thomas Jefferson, and Black James Madison.
But actual historical African kingdoms?
Nope, never happened.
In other words, Hollywood teaches that Black people built everything except their own civilizations.
Make it make sense.
