Highlights from the masterpiece include: A 14-day return policy (because customer satisfaction matters) A notarization by his cousin… who is absolutely not a notary A “best features” section listing “doesn’t snore” and “can clean a bass” An “as-is condition disclosure,” because we’re keeping things honest A checkbox marked “VERY GENTLY USED” (sir…) Meanwhile, Denise was sitting in the truck outside, completely unaware she had been bundled into a clearance deal next to a boat with a hole in the hull. The Bass Pro employee did what any reasonable human would do: pretended to “check with a manager” and immediately called the police. This guy here is walking us through how he does an estimate to mow and weed eat this yard. Pretty straight forward. He is quoting this house at $75 a week to do the yard, so $300 a month, once a week. But, he says if it rains, even if it rains for weeks and they can’t mow, they are getting paid their $75 and if the customer doesn’t like it, they don’t need that customer. Is that the standard in the industry if you are on a weekly schedule with a lawn care company? Are you paying $75 even if they don’t do your yard?

I was a catcher in little league, had an opposing team that was doing this. Ump did nothing. I had enough, the next guy that did that (he was walked), I threw the ball as hard as I could right into the middle of his back. I got thrown out of the game and off the team. Later found out I fractured 3 vertebrae. I was so proud!

This batter hit a homerun, watched it, turned around and tossed the bat down at the catcher. Some say the umpire should have ejected the batter. Others say the next batter should have been beaned and the next time they play, the batter who tossed the bat gets beaned. If you were the catcher, what would you do?
