I gather the resemblance to #Lucan was more than slight. The police were called and were convinced enough to arrest the poor fellow, who was eventually released once his identity was verified. He missed the entire conference as a result.

A ship with solar panels can provide the means to generate 100x more energy than a similar ship with coal, the @IEA says. However... if you take final energy (the electricity from coal) instead of primary energy (the heat in the coal) it is actually 300x more energy.
