Excited and grateful to share our paper describing how KCTD10 detects collisions between replication and transcription. Huge thanks to my mentors, collaborators, and reviewers who made this possible! @Nature @MayoClinic nature.com/articles/s4158…

🚨 New @CircAHA #ESC2025 #SimPub alert! 🚨 HCM isn’t just driven by rare Mendelian mutations. This study highlights the role of intermediate-effect variants (IEVs)—variants with moderate effect & low penetrance—in shaping disease expression. #HCM tinyurl.com/HCM-IEVs

Glad to see our @JAMANetworkOpen study out. The study brings attention to the growing healthspan-lifespan gap across the world and reveals the largest gap in the US. The study documents a larger healthspan-lifespan gap in women associated with a disease burden disparity.
JAMA Network Open@JAMANetworkOpen

The global healthspan-lifespan gap has widened to 9.6 years over the past two decades, with women experiencing a larger gap than men, and is associated with increased noncommunicable diseases and overall morbidity, particularly in the US. ja.ma/4inyvwV
