This Tuesday, Dem-endorsed Chris Taylor romped to an easy victory over conservative Maria Lazar in Wisconsin's Supreme Court Election, winning by over 20 points and cementing a 5-2 liberal majority on the court.

It’s another Election Day in America!
In Wisconsin, conservative Maria Lazar is facing liberal Chris Taylor for a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Unlike previous election cycles, though, the GOP has not strongly contested this race, and the engagement looks lower across the board.
Taylor is heavily favored to win, boosting liberals to a 5-2 majority on the court.
In GA-14, the runoff to replace MTG also happens today. It’s a deep red district (Trump won by 38 points) so Republican Clayton Fuller is heavily favored over Dem Shawn Harris, but the margin of victory will be interesting to watch.

Precinct-level analysis of the IL-9 Dem primary: average adult age was by far the strongest predictor of Kat's vote share (r = -0.70). Younger precincts went heavily for Kat across Chicago, suburban Cook, et al.
Biss's support was more heterogeneous, not strongly tied to any single demographic variable we tested. (Tested with multiple statistical methods to isolate age from other correlated demographics -- the result holds up.)

About 77% of Amiwala’s voters would have had to go to Kat Abughazaleh for her to take the lead at this point.
Closer to 90% if those voters otherwise split between Kat and Biss. The math is pretty steep.
