Turns out I’m the loser in this game of chicken. I had to start the meeting from my phone while the update had 9 more minutes.

My time blind self playing chicken between the macOS update and the meeting that’s starting shortly.

Design systems often scale to delivery features across many code libraries (such as React AND iOS AND Android AND Angular). I am starting to write about how to manage design, handoff, delivery and alignment, and want to meet folks to share experiences. Can you recommend anyone?

@danmall As an engineer I’ve only had white men as managers, so I don’t think our diversity and inclusion initiatives have quite worked out yet.

looking back at all my dms from well-intentioned white men over the last 3–4 years who asked for advice on “getting more diversity” on their teams and seeing what those teams look like today 🫠

Looks like I need to find a new job. Anyone hiring EMs these days? Also interested in engineering work, most interested in ethical targeted use of LLMs (eg tools that are run to augment existing human flows). I’m kind and smart and fun, hire me!
