@GWRHelp So 5 months on and my booked seat is in the half of the train that isn’t going to my destination. But the reservations haven’t been put out anyway. I guess it is still “being looked at”?

Hopelessly tragic service @GWRHelp. Broken train at Bristol. No announcements. Then change to another just b4 original leaves! New train manager “can’t say when we are leaving...oh..just heard a whistle...we leave now”!
