@OctopusEnergy I have had an engineer come round to replace my hub - new one, despite having been told it is communicating, still doesn’t seem to feed readings. I have been unwillingly moved off Agile and this is costing me £8-9 per day on increased costs which I expect back.

.@OctopusEnergy I have had an outstanding complaint for three months now with no smart meter readings being uploaded. I am reached a dead end with your customer service emails and phone calls as they keep fobbing me off and no-one seems willing or able to help.

@andrew_plmr @brickcounter8 Do you have a short position? I think you misunderstand the orderbook - the value stated is near term, not multi-decade. GDWN is a difficult company to get familiar with and so is an interesting choice for your first post.

@reb40 They had only 12.7m shares left as disclosed in their Form 8.3 on 1st August (price 220p), and have barely touched their position since then. They aren’t the persistent seller causing the shares to have fallen to 140p since August.
