Aunty Radia taught me how to make delicious pickled fish 🍲👩‍🍳 Ons almal ken van lekker pickled fish oor Easter tyd. When you drive through Cape Town this week, you can smell the onions, the spices, the vinegar, the fish! 😋 It’s an important part of our heritage. Thank you Aunty Radia for teaching me how to make my own! What a wonderful lady this is, looking after her big family with so much love, and cooking meals for many in need in Salt River. 🤲 I’m grateful for Capetonians like Aunty Radia who keep our traditions alive 💙

For the first time in over 50 years, humans are Moonbound. At 6:35 p.m. EDT (2235 UTC) NASA’s Space Launch System rocket and the Orion spacecraft lifted off from the agency’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, sending four astronauts on a planned test flight around the Moon and back. go.nasa.gov/4tlRfRS

There’s a certain beauty in doing things simply because you enjoy them. Not everything needs to be productive. Not everything needs an end goal.

Honest question: Could you travel alone for a week with no friends, no partner, just you? Or would that feel uncomfortable?

I’m so "millennial" that I "have to" do some things on a computer, not a phone. Like booking flights... totally a computer job. Even “worky” messages. I’m more email than WhatsApp when it comes to work... and email totally needs to be replied to on a computer, right? 😂

Are we about to see millions of new businesses… or millions of jobs lost? After building businesses through the dot-com boom and the global financial crisis, Daniel spent decades thinking about how technological shifts create new opportunities. So when I started asking these questions, I thought who better than Daniel Priestley to answer them. Daniel isn’t new to this show. After his last appearance, I had loads of messages from people asking me to get him back on. Right now, the pace of change feels relentless. Every morning, there seems to be another tool or another headline about what AI can suddenly do. And the question I keep coming back to is simple - where do humans fit into this? And if it begins replacing certain types of work faster than new opportunities appear, that creates a real problem for millions of people.
