4th day in Cairo without my case from @British_Airways baggage tracking site not working and leaving for Sharm El Sheikh soon. Will I ever see my suitcase again…place your bets! Worst airline ever! been loyal for years despite terrible experiences this this is the final straw

@British_Airways we arrived at LAX and told our luggage did not travel. We have filled in the online forms.We have requested for our luggage to be sent to our location on maui but we only have a 7 day window to receive the luggage. Can someone please respond as we may end up never seeing our luggage again!
