At today’s University of Michigan graduation, Professor Derek Peterson thanked anti-Israel protesters for 2 years of campus chaos. Turning a commencement speech into a political rant like this is grounds for termination. Sickening.
Nelly beat what will be of the best fields of the year at Chevron and (statistically) worst in Mexico. She will earn only 1 Rolex Ranking point more than Nana Suganuma gets for her JLPGA win today. In one way, it’s just as impressive. She was, by the numbers, supposed to win. And did. Which in golf rarely happens.
Anyone from @livgolf_league who wants to return to the @PGATOUR should have a pathway back. Give $10 million to charity, to start with. Spend one year on @KornFerryTour, unless you sued the TOUR. Then it's $20 million to charity and two years mandatory on Korn Ferry with return only if in the top 20 Korn Ferry. Otherwise, have to play out of Past Champs category (if having won and not resigned membership). Majors are still OK to play, if eligible, but a win in a major will not result in automatic restoration of TOUR membership or status. Still gotta play Korn Ferry. They took easy money. Path back should not be easy at all.
