@seetickets @glastonbury I confirmed my registration back in September but now it says my details aren’t recognised. Please can you sort this asap ahead of tickets tomorrow. I’ve tried to contact See Tickets but it won’t even let me send an enquiry form! Awful customer service !

@GeeStewardson @glastonbury @alexcoupeltd Hi Georgia, send a contact form off. But be super specific. They initially came back with basic info about the cut off date. But I replied with a screenshot that my re-registration was confirmed and now I’m being referred to seetickets. Hope this helps!

@glastonbury @alexcoupeltd Hi I’ve done so and had absolutely no help in response. Why if I received an email confirmation saying that I would be valid to buy tickets would my registration still be deleted? This is completely unacceptable.

@Se_Railway how the hell can you claim this is safe.. you divert 1,000’s of passengers to London Bridge with your crappy new timetable and then kettle them when too many turn up. People keeling over and fights breaking out. Congrats on making a bad situation into a disaster..
