. @virginmedia I've been trying to cancel my service with you for some time but can't call you as there's no clarity on call costs - just an asterisk that goes nowhere - and your chat bots just leave me waiting then disconnect. So I've cancelled my DD and now you are chasing me.

@virginmedia Yes automated security using a single term I don't know. No other elements and no human so basically impossible. This must going against some consumer regulation. I will investigate.
