Egyptian geese by the Thames in Henley in Oxfordshire. The male is larger and has a pinker bill and legs in the breeding season. However his call is a feeble wheeze whereas hers is a loud deep quack which she uses when she protects her chicks, and also in territorial disputes

@SLB_211 Thanks Sandra. A cool breeze had arisen so the goslings huddled together to keep warm. When they were younger they would have snuggled underneath Mum, but they’re too big now 🙂
