@onenzofficial That is the most vanilla feedback form I have seen in a long time. And to be honest I don’t believe that using my time to retell the scenario is going to have any impact on the situation, so thanks but I think I’ll just take a trip to another store and try my luck
@onenzofficial - your Dunedin store team needs a refresher in customer service. After not being served yesterday because of closing time, got told to come in today at 1pm. Sign on the door saying closed for staff breaks until 2pm due to staff shortage. Then sign amended to 2:30pm
@onenzofficial At just after 2pm, a staffer came out to explain they needed a lunch break. I explained I was tired of being mucked around, so told him to put the phone set aside for me back on the shelf. I will not be giving that store a penny of my money.
Did not bring up my GenZ son very well. Instead of contacting the media and trying to spark social media outrage about today's mouldy cheese purchase, he simply binned it and contacted customer support.
