@pokateo_ @ArcGISPro You may be able to narrow the problem down if you add a print('something') within the if statement. If the print function works, it's a problem with elm.visible, if print doesn't work, it's likely a problem with the loops and if statement.

#arcpy wizards, what am I doing wrong? I'm trying to toggle visibility of a text element called "Draft" on a bunch of @ArcGISPro layouts in an aprx. The script runs without errors, but the element doesn't get turned off. #gischat I've tried "is false" too.
