FCC Commissioner Starks & I visited a middle school in Irving, TX to explore how closing the digital divide can improve lives. We met with students creating AI programs that assist those with disabilities and heard from organizations about initiatives to expand access to Wi-Fi.

We propose consent and disclosure requirements to protect and empower Americans in the face of harmful uses of AI. And we seek more input on developments in call blocking and monitoring to determine how beneficial uses of AI could stop unwanted and illegal robocalls.
