In 2002, high school student Charles J. Bishop was inspired by the 9/11 attacks and decided he wanted to recreate the horrific act. During a flying lesson in Florida, he stole a small plane and flew it into the Bank of America Tower in downtown Tampa, crashing between the 28th and 29th floors. Due to the plane’s small size, the damage was limited, and the boy was the only person killed in the incident.

@NFLWithKyle What is this "great circle" shape? Never heard of it, do you have a video demonstrating this? Must be truly amazing if it can get you somewhere faster than going directly there! 😂

Anyone who's flown to Europe or Asia from USA (or vice versa) knows that when you watch the in-flight tracker screen, it shows you're making a giant rainbow-arc shape over Greenland/Alaska. You've probably wondered: "That's weird, why don't they just fly in a straight line? Wouldn't that be the easiest, most fuel-efficient way to get from point A to point B?" Don't worry - you are not crazy! Here's what's actually going on with these nonsensical flight paths, explained by Terry Eicher 👇

Hallie Batchelder reveals how she got a free boob job “I really wanted to get my tits done because they looked really sad. I had gained weight, lost weight, and they looked really depressed. I was hooking up with this guy at the time, he was like this hedge fund owner, billionaire guy, and he was like, ‘I’ll pay for your tits.’ So he Venmo’d me like 12 grand or something. Him and his friend both split it, so they each had a tit or something” “I just pocketed that money and told my parents, ‘Listen, if I get my real estate license, will you pay for my tits?’ And they were like, ‘Of course.’ So these guys think they owe my tits, but really I just got my real estate license and my parents paid for the tits”

Most "dark" bedrooms aren't dark enough. The threshold where measurable metabolic effects show up is lower than almost any standard sleep environment. Mason 2022 (PNAS, n=20): one night at 100 lux during sleep raised next-morning insulin resistance, increased nighttime heart rate, and decreased HRV vs <3 lux. Single-night, controlled. Obayashi 2020 (Sleep Med, n=678 elderly adults): bedroom light averaging ≥5 lux during sleep was associated with 3.74x diabetes incidence over 42 months. ≥3 lux still showed 2.74x. For context: 5 lux is roughly streetlight through curtains, or an LED display across the room. A hallway nightlight is 10 lux. Most people with any electronics, uncovered windows, or hallway bleed are above the threshold. Caveats: Mason is small and acute. Obayashi is observational, in elderly Japanese adults. Together: aligned, suggestive, mechanistically plausible. The lever (cover LEDs, close curtains) is mechanical and free. Mason, PNAS 2022: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35286195/ Obayashi, Sleep Med 2020: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31704511/

⚠️ This is the first major Bitcoin warning signal in 3 years. $BTCUSD is still trading at a weekly discount, and it’s bounced here every time since 2023 and structure remains bullish, so I’m betting on a bounce. ✅ But for the first time since Dec 2021, the monthly BX just flipped 🔴. Last time that happened, Bitcoin dropped 60% in a year. If $100K breaks and BX stays red, I’d expect a sharp correction toward $70K–$75K over the next 6 months. Short-term bullish. Long-term cautious.

If you are chronically stressed, you need to leverage L-Theanine & Magnesium Glycinate. Both are GABAergic (calmness + relaxation promoting compounds). Beyond stress they help with energy, mood, focus, sleep, anxiety, and more. I take 400mg of Mg Glycinate AM & 800-1000mg PM, 200-400mg L-Theanine AM & 600-800mg PM. Start with a single serving (200mg) of each and titrate up weekly until you find the dose that brings you the most benefit.

The supplement that ended my anxiety wasn't a capsule. It was a $4 jar of fermented liquid in the fridge of the health food store. I didn't know what probiotics were back then. I just knew that for the first time in a decade, My stomach stopped aching, my sleep got deeper, and the chest-tightness I'd been living with started to fade. Three decades later, the science finally caught up to what my gut already knew.
