@1192GuiltyPlea @Elefire_the_elf Going debt free is a pretty meaningful impact to lifestyle. I make 150 a year and an extra 100k in my pocket would buy me quite a bit of freedom. A lot of my salary goes toward mortgage payments. If I pay that down I basically free up 20-30% of my salary back into my pocket.

@Gh0stThrdr @Elefire_the_elf While certainly impactful, life changing is a stretch. You're not realistically altering your quality of life in any major ways. You're still working full time, it's not moving you to the nice part of town, and sustained use will be negligible (if still nice)

@LuftkoppTim Yes this is normal but the issue is there's no killswitch. Usually if your connection to the VPN server is dropped you can disable connections automatically until you reconnect to the VPN.

That is just... logical?? You update the app which means the app gets STOPPED and therefore also the VPN...
That's like complaining that you can't play a game while it's updating...
