I love reading op-eds from Pakistani folks. This entire article started by talking about how Indians and Pakistanis must find a basis for coexistence, yet pretty much 85% of the article talked about how Pakistan absolutely smacked India and how India is driven by extremist right-wing RSS Hindutva philosophy. Violation of Court orders by @tnhrcedept officials. b. He shd ask for a copy of legally valid order of appointment of Executive Officer. If there is no such order, he shd follow the directions of Hon’ble Division Bench given in Jan 2026 in Kallazhagar Temple case. c. Pending audit objections for the temple d. Property registers of the temple prepared under Sections 29, 30 and 31 e. List of major temple for which servants of @tnhrcedept have been appointed as Fit Persons f. No renovation of temples without approvals from TN Heritage Commission g. No compulsory collection from temples to Common Good Fund by the Commissioner or his subordinates i. Hereditary occupants who are lessees become owners 3. Govt takes control of all the devasthan lands that are not under control of other occupants and can do what it wants with them 4. No provisions for compensating the devasthan for this irreversible alienation of its lands 5. Collector will decide any disputes, and devasthan isn’t even made a mandatory party. This deserves street level and legal level opposition on a large scale. CM Fadnavis has ordered a relook of the act as several Hindu organisations are already up in arms against it. But nothing less than a complete withdrawal will suffice.

Again I say. India should change its stand. The reason India cannot share hydrology information is because we don't want the information to be used for planning infiltrations. We can't share water because we know the military uses of Indus Canal Network.
