@TrevorLongino @itslilyszabo If only staying 3 months I wouldn't deal with a tourist visa (60d), as you need to go to immigration to extend (30d). Entry on Visa Exemption (45d) then go on a weekend trip in HCMC, Langkawi etc and entry on exemption again. And ofc stay in Bangkok!

Phuket, Chiang Mai, Bangkok or any of the Thai islands are the perfectly viable alternatives to Bali with a housing supply that's now 10x-20x cheaper than Bali ($200/mo vs $3000/mo) Yet not a single person going to Bali would consider it
