@GRIDSERVE_HQ I’ve now stopped at Watford Gap South, and attempted to charge four times. The fourth time seems to have worked but you’ve taken 4x £1 payments for the failed charges. Will these be refunded? EV shouldn’t be this hard 😡😤

@GillCodd Our team is aware of the issues with some of the chargers at Rugby Services and is working to resolve them ASAP. We understand this is a busy site, which is why we're also doubling the number of chargers at this location. We apologise for the inconvenience in the meantime.

@johnlewishelp hello I had a chair delivered today and it has a small hole in the arm. What do you suggest. Looks like a manufacturing issue as it’s a perfect circle.

Had two gift deliveries from @MoonpigUK arrived damaged and broken. And now they are refusing to provide a refund. I believe this is against UK consumer law? Wondering how to escalate this as their help chat bots refuse to help further.
