Remembering our beloved Coco today 🙏💔
She’s now buried under Mr Lumpy 🦡🐾🐾❤️
17 years of loving you 17 years of unconditional love from you and now you’re gone 😢
I’m writing this late on a Friday night and I do apologise I have had a few glasses of wine but tonight our beloved Coco started to be sick in the kitchen and within minutes she had lost the use of her back legs.
I immediately phoned the vets and rushed her up there she was seen within 10 minutes.
She was 21 (105) years old completely deaf and not a lot of teeth but we kept on loving her and hoping she would last a little bit longer, alas her time came and we did the right thing stroking her while she went to sleep forever over that rainbow bridge to meet Bentley, Cat Burglar and Mr and Mrs Lumpy.
She has spent the night wrapped in her favourite blanket before being buried in the garden alongside Bentley and Cat Burglar.
We are heartbroken 💔 😢
It was jaw dropping 40 years ago.
It’s jaw dropping now.
Queen were given TWENTY ONE minutes for their set.
In that time Freddie Mercury proved why he’s the greatest frontman to ever walk planet Earth.

Libraries….who needs them?… everyone, everywhere…. Is the short answer. A round of applause ( even in this quiet space # ChorltonLibrary). This is only Phase 1. Café next, please. Chapeau @MancLibraries 👏🥳🥂& to the lovely library staff. You grace the city.
It will never counterbalance everything else, but if I can take up two minutes of storage space on this platform with just dogs on a beach at first light, then I'm going to do that.
@BonkersBexley Yes I understand that but they don’t seem to make the quantity of films they did prior to Covid or they are made and shown on Netflix etc. That doesn’t help cinema’s anywhere.
@GillyDrew1 I would hope that someone else would take over. I only went once and it only cost a fiver. Still only 13 in audience. Hard to see how that makes economic sense.
In a Blockbuster announcement, Bexley Council confirms that its 18 month old Sidcup cinema is in financial trouble and may close.

Let’s start a thread of the least intelligent comments from the intellectual colossi who are out and about “protesting’ about ‘legitimate political concerns’.
A comfortable early lead already secured for this one.
I’m sorry to say that our beloved gentle giant Cat Burglar has gone to meet Mr Lumpy and Bentley over rainbow bridge 🌈
There was nothing that could be done as the two tumours in his mouth were just too big for him to eat anymore and we are devastated. We both said our goodbyes kissed him and cuddled him and said we would see him again one day and he was surprisingly very calm 🙏
As you know he moved in with us in 2020 after virtually living in the garden for two years and with the blessing of his previous owner he adopted us. I have told her the news and to my surprise he was 15 this year.
He was the gentlest giant of a cat we ever had the privilege to know, sitting in the garden with all the wildlife and I’m sure the Sidney Squad are going to miss him. He especially loved Mike and this has hit him very hard.
We feel cheated that we only had him in our life for 5 years and there’s a hole in our hearts which will never be filled again. 💔😿
He’s buried in the garden under the tree stump (next to Bentley) wrapped in a blanket with a toy and some treats looked over by Mr Lumpy.
RIP our beautiful boy give Mr Lumpy a big cuddle from his Nut Fairy and I will see you all again one day ❤️

Just back from seeing @tomallencomedy@The_Churchill . I haven’t laughed so much in ages. I would recommend his show although I think the rest of the shows in Bromley are sold out.
A little story for a wet Friday night. Near my house I found a wallet in the road. When opening it I found a bank card, some cash, a library and a youth club card. And also a front door key. The person who dropped it is 14 and could be locked out so I set out to find him….1/6
@CFCHog@JulieMT26@takethat It’s not just the ticket prices, it’s the additional £30.00 per ticket fees even when you’ve done all the leg work ( or finger work!) to secure the tickets yourself 😡
