@FitbitSupport disappointed with Fitbit. Had devices with you for 7 years and an update has caused my Charge 5 to stop working. Keep getting standard responses via the chat, all scripted responses. Not happy at all. Think it’s time for an Apple Watch

@TheRangeUK still not had my complaint resolved. Zendesk? Why not your own customer services department? No complaints procedure? Bought a footstool online and smells of damp, said I can take to a store so I did and they wouldn’t accept it. 30 mins to speak to Zendesk#appalling

@TheRangeUK bought a footstool online. Was delivered yesterday and smells of damp. Rang customer service spoke to Jupiter who said I can return instore. Turn up to store and says I can’t. The worst customer service ever 😡

@RoyalMailHelp I have rang but been told I have to phone again tomorrow morning. But 2 x £87 have come out of my account and says the application was unsuccessful.

@RoyalMail went online this morning to sort mail redirection, charged twice and then a message saying the application wasn’t successful. Rang and told to phone tomorrow. Not happy as have to wait for the money to show in my bank and have to phone again tomorrow 😡

@ted_baker ordered a bag for my daughter, paid £3.95 for delivery. Had to return as ordered the wrong one and was told I need to pay £3 and they have taken off another £3.95 too. No explanation just that @ted_baker are correct #robbers
