जिस स्वरुप में 'महिला आरक्षण कानून 2023' पास हो चुका है, उसी स्वरूप में इसे लागू किया जाए। हरियाणा की भाजपा सरकार का निंदा प्रस्ताव पूरी तरीके से असंवैधानिक है। बीजेपी जानबूझकर ऐसे मुद्दे उठा रही है जो केंद्र के अधीन आते हैं। भाजपा महिलाओं को आरक्षण देना ही नहीं चाहती क्योंकि, उसकी नीयत ठीक नहीं है और वो जानबूझकर इसे टालने की कोशिश कर रही है। ​आज प्रदेश में युवा बेरोजगारी से जूझ रहे, किसान अपनी बदहाली पर आंसू बहा रहा है, कानून-व्यवस्था ध्वस्त है और प्रदेश की महिलाएं, गृहणियाँ आसमान छूती महंगाई व रसोई गैस किल्लत से जूझ रही हैं। ऐसे में बीजेपी सरकार सदन का कीमती समय सिर्फ अपने राजनीतिक स्वार्थ को साधने के लिए बर्बाद कर रही है। कांग्रेस पार्टी ने विधानसभा सत्र की कार्यवाही का बहिष्कार कर विधानसभा के बाहर ही 'समांतर सदन' चलाने का फैसला किया और महिला आरक्षण बिल 2023, महंगाई, बेरोजगारी, किसानों को MSP, एसवाईएल (SYL) तथा प्रदेश में बढ़ती नशाखोरी आदि मुद्दों पर चर्चा कर रही है।
