#ACNS2024 Dr Bleck asks if we need to treat every seizure we find in the ICU. A resounding no + “it depends”. Love Dr Herman’s answer that it often comes down to a balance between the morbidity that our treatments will impart vs the secondary injury anticipated from the seizures
